      Pros

      Incredibly successful company, anyone with a quest to learn will advance their skills notably. The company started in Bill Sr's Michigan garage many years ago, so quite a story !

      Cons

      Quasi-arrogant corporate culture, but then as successful as they are, it obviously works for them. Good luck with finding a work-life balance - there's a price to pay for everything in life.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
