      Pros

      There aren't any anymore. After Jabil bought Nypro , the culture has become extremely toxic. They've run off all of the experienced long term employees.

      Cons

      Everything. This place has been ruined and the current management refuses to stick up for anyone other than themselves. This has destroyed employee morale.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
