      Plenty of overtime, depending the time of the year. Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Management is terrible . There is only 5 black people that works there. They will find any reason to fire you if you don’t kiss there ….

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
