      Good training and certifications.... Nice facility... Sorry, I was forced to write 5 words....

      Too many to count, management is rude and cruel, cheap, low pay, too much overtime, high turnover, chaotic, lack of communication, HR is useless it sucks.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
