      Decent pay. Excellent co-workers. Good place to work changes temporarily to gain knowledge and experience.

      Cons

      They lay-off a lot. They lay off good long term people and replace with temps to increase profit. They had approached the government for a grant to stay in the area and uncreaese jobs with the average salary of $50k

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
