      Company values are important and most people take them very seriously. Casual work environment. Great corporate culture. Entrepreneurial spirit at work. Room for growth if you take your career in your own hands.

      Cons

      If you need a game plan given to you, you will not like it here. There is always something going on here -- this is not a place for those who don't like change.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
