      Pros

      Moved up quickly in the beginning.

      Cons

      Now stuck and constantly being passed over for positions due to nepotism. Management has changed a lot since I started and it not longer seems like management cares for the employees anymore. Its all about cutting back on staffing while trying to run more and more machines. New hires aren't given enough training. Turn over rate is incredibly high.

      Some lack of policies more specifically for my location, and bureaucracy can slow decision making and responsiveness.
