People - Very Diverse group of people, who would do most anything to get the job done. Great and talented group.
Cons
I was part of a Team who was really starting to see positive changes on how the people were treated and to focus on quality, we were seeing results... just to see the upper mgmt. group pull the rug out from underneath us....Soon after, they announced the plant was closing.
