      The only thing is the working hour from 8 am to 4.30pm

      Cons

      Culture - No diversity - career progression is based on skin color regardless of performer or non-performer. If you have a non-Chinese in HR, they are always non-performer until a Chinese is brought in.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
