      Pros

      Professional workers. The HR staff there was top notch and caring. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Because of current POTUS, and his way of thinking: a slowdown took place at Jabil and throught the semiconductor industry. This caused a reduction in workforce and we were caught up in that.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
