      colleagues are young and always vigorous despite the heavy loading and long time work.

      Long time work and over time work is normal Hierarchy here makes people stressful Everyone here acquiesces Saturday is working day!!!! Employees always be informed the holiday announcement in 3 days before holiday, and most desperate is the boss asked us on duty at holiday....

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
