      Entrepreneurial feel, if you see something that needs done you do it. Lots of opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Extremely dynamic - exec level plans change far too often. Global model means someone is always working somewhere and work life balance is difficult.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
