Pros

The company recently expanded to a beautiful new suite location in North Phoenix. The workspace is open, with lots of room. The CEO is very involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that any questions about anything are answered. The company strives to provide its clients with the best services, unlike many others in the same industry. We have a lot of fun together in a family-like environment and oftentimes do group activities. CEO truly cares about his employees and goes out of his way to make sure that they are happy - if they are in need of assistance with anything, he is willing to help.

Cons

We work very, very hard to make sure that our clients are happy. It's not an easy job, but it is a rewarding one.

Pros

Everyone at JWM seemed to be ahead of the curve. Which in turn, had me always learning new things. The company also puts their customers first - which in my experience is so rare in this business. The morale is great and the pace of work makes the days fly by.

Cons

No down time really. Phones weren't allowed unless on break...couldn't text etc. which I have always been allowed to do at other desk jobs. I was made to work, which I guess wasn't so much a con as it showed me how much I can accomplish when I am working full tilt.

Pros

JW Maxx Solutions works in a type of PR called online reputation management, and it's a field that is constantly expanding. With the importance of an online presence nowadays, a pretty wide variety of people need ORM, whether it's individuals or companies. JW Maxx offers a work environment that's pretty fast-paced and you'll never be stuck doing the same thing repeatedly. There are a number of different tasks to be done throughout each day and the work doesn't really get stale. There are a lot of good people who work here, and everyone is passionate about what they do.

Cons

With the work environment as fast-paced as it is, it's tough to get into a working rhythm. Most of the clients are generally well-intentioned people who made a misstep or had some bad fortune, but there are obviously some people who need online reputation management for something well-deserved and those people can be difficult to work with.
