The only good part of working here is the employees. They are some of the kindest, most hardworking people I’ve ever met, and we all trauma bonded through the everyday chaos. They’re the only reason this place manages to barely function.
Cons
The new management at this Marriott location is incredibly disappointing. They provide little to no support for employees, even when they’re not busy, and seem more focused on dining at various hotel outlets than actually managing the team. During rush hours, they are nowhere to be found, often sitting in their offices while the short-staffed team struggles. Employee turnover is high, and the restaurant is consistently understaffed—many shifts operate with just two servers and no bussers or hosts. The food is extremely overpriced and inconsistent, and policies seem to change daily without clear communication. If you’re considering working here, I strongly advise against it. Look elsewhere for a better work environment. Avoid at any cost.
