Pros
- International names and environment - Nice and big-pocketed investor so new investment every year => good investment on Marketing + a lot of things to do - If you are lucky, you will get a good boss that stands for you in front of others
Cons
- Service charge is one of the best in Hanoi but still quite low so in total, salary is low (for manager roles and below) - Progression of career is limited - Politics at work are there but can be avoided if you just try your best to do best at your work and ignore people - Heavy workload for a small team - Don't expect much appreciation for Marketing Team (since we are considered as supporting department)
