Within three years of being hired, close to forty percent of the staff positions had turned over. A GI Joe grip on funding streams and the ready availability of recent graduates mean that there is little incentive to develop and retain employees. Thus the interpersonal and orginizational incompetence of upper management will never be punished. I learned a lot about how not to manage people here. I left the profession after teaching here.
