      - Great, modern office & facilities. - Lots of training provided to help you get up to speed and on your feet. - No one is left to struggle on their own, the team comes together to meet any challenging deadlines. - No two days are ever the same. - Time never drags. - Handy break out space to catch up personally with colleagues. - Everyone has a voice and is listened to. - Passionate, solutions focussed CEO that helps to drive the business forward.

      Cons

      - Sometimes, making a to do list at the start of the day to find it's changed by 10am as we've needed to react to our client's needs.

      - Amazing team with an MD and Head of Marketing who lead by example. - The company fosters a culture where new ideas are always heard and considered. - No job is too small - each person has their expertise, but everyone works together as a team. - Clients receive the highest level of support and the work you produce as part of the team is something you can be proud of. - Plenty of opportunity to learn and develop your career.
