      Pros

      Work is very diverse, lots of ways in which to grow and challenge yourself. You get to work directly with the clients, help the sales team set up meetings, very hands on. A video producer is in charge of set up, filming, and editing their projects, so you get to have a lot of creative control.

      Pros

      - Good work environment, you really get the sense the owners care and will give you help when you ask for it. - Friendly co-workers - The company gives you a lot of independence while working on your own projects. If you do good work and your clients are happy they will give you tons of creative freedom on video projects. - Working here helped me develop the work ethic I needed to be successful. - Overtime & Bonus Pay, base compensation wasn't much which was understandable, but they have a few regular opportunities to earn overtime and bonus pay.
