Hostile work environment, poor manufacturing practices, disregard for food safety, and poor management. Cardboard is left on meat as it is being thrown into grinder. Favorites are chosen. A supervisor in the legacy kettle buys drugs off an employee disregarding his lack of work effort. Overall, very unprofessional and lacking seriousness you would expect at a food manufacturer.
