Not the best - Anonymous employee JTC Group Employee Review

No real career options. There was only one career path in the group I worked for. Work life balance was pretty much non-existent. Vacation and sick days are discouraged with vacation days limited to 6 months of the year. Our department was forced to work on company holidays that every other department has off. Rampant burnout as everyone is working long hours and feels like they are doing the job of two people. This was all the general consensus among the group. Pay and benes are decent but not competitive with other companies. Overall, good place to get experience but not sustainable long term.
