Pros
The office culture is very free, as are most broadcasting station companies. Dress codes are not strictly applied. One of the benefits of working here was getting to know a lot of people, including celebrities, announcers, and anchors.
Cons
Some of the perks of working at JTBC were that there were a lot of over-time working hours. Also, it took longer than did other companies to get promoted.
