Pros
I will say there is complete freedom to work. You can innovate a lot and you will get good support. There are many people with extraordinory skill sets across levels which is quite rare even in top 5 IT companies. You can also expect a wide variety of responsibilities which will help you in your future jobs.
Cons
It is a very small organization. But its parent company is very big company.
