      Opportunities: To learn it all about Application Development, ERP Implementation, Business Process & Consulting Changes 2014: Shifting gear to reward contributors, Still good company for satisfied people. A few really good senior managers.

      Cons

      Challenges: Delivery quality, customer/supplier/employee satisfaction, No plan review, Poor management & execution of projects, Overloading assignments to hand hold underdog colleagues, Not a good place for winners, There is no detailed planning, Dummy middle management, Stuck transformation projects

      Work Life Balance can be achieved Have some good managers and nice colleagues

      No Employee benefits No employee engagement program HR Department is literally non existent Management orientation only towards the bottom line No T&D programs organised from Company Side
