      Good pay and vacation time.

      Cons

      Las Vegas station has real problems with culture. People yell the N word even around leadership and nothing happens. Loud music and unprofessionalism is acceptable behavior. Complaints go un answered.

      Pros

      This company is disrupting air travel and making a great experience for customers. That means employees get to be creative and make decisions every day. Benefits are really good & premiums didn’t increase at open enrollment.
