      Pros

      great co workers but the people they advance are not quality employees

      Cons

      corporate does not listen or care about what needs to be addressed and is swept under the rug. This company started out with a vision the was unique but they are turning in to another airline thats justs wants to turn and burn nothing unique about it anymore

      Pros

      This company is disrupting air travel and making a great experience for customers. That means employees get to be creative and make decisions every day. Benefits are really good & premiums didn’t increase at open enrollment.
