Great company and work life balance

Pay is a little less compared to average

Great Pay for the cost of living and really good benefits but also we recycled used scrap metal and remelt it down strengthen it and continuously cast semi finished steel slabs.

Sadly having my resignation forced because although I worked harder than others and always there very accountable and dependable and always did what was asked the way it was asked but on a down day or if there is a need for someone to step up and lead I have successfully applied my natural leader skill and being practical and pragmatic decision making. Others felt threatened by my intuitive intuition I sometimes made others feel exposed see right through there false claim or a front they put on plus I hold myself accountable so I held others and I would not lie or agree just to get along. My mistake was thinking they would not be able to force me out I still wish I could have 2nd chance get my job back in my personal life I'm severely struggling with being able to pay rent for others abusing power I shouldn't have to kiss peoples butts and act like there are right when they are not I can't do that I'm authentic to who I am I'm guided by my intuitive intuition.
