      Pros

      Decent Pay. Good for experience. I can't really say anything good about this company. Hope they improve in the future

      Cons

      Will make you clear up their backlog of work then fire you. Management will laugh with you then plot to fire you behind your back. No room for Innovation, autonomy. Long hours and high volume of work with no overtime. They only care about serving clients and treat employees like dogs.

      Great location if you like small cities/towns with very little of the typical metropolitan hustle and bustle.
