Pros

Parking. Clean office building. Quiet workplace.

Cons

Nothing but scandals and closed-door talk. Absolutely misled during the interview process. The owner boasted about all sorts of income streams, but they actually have a single worthwhile account. ZERO diversity and inclusion. Good Ole Boy system alive and well. They spy on their employees internet traffic(Be Advised). Employee total = 8 but they try to appear much larger by giving false numbers. The owner has no spine. He can’t stand on his words if it conflicts with his ‘Yes Man’ manager. Turnover rate is astronomical! They started using a staffing agency and the agency DROPPED THEM.

Pros

Excellent communication from leadership Flexible work Opportunities to learn and grow I began working at this company shortly after new leadership took over, and I have been so impressed with the experience of working here. It's unusual to find a company with not just a focus on excelling at their business, but also at simply being good humans. Our engineering team is filled with some of the smartest people I've ever met, but they're also fun, funny, great people to work with and be around.

Cons

No cons for me at all!

Pros

- Small company - Decent pay - Decent health benefits

Cons

If you are looking for a place where you can work in cybersecurity, grow your skills, and be a member of a team with a great culture, keep looking; this is not the place for you. This company has never been perfect, but at least at one time there was a push to build a strong team. Now the company is under new ownership that is only concerned with making money. That has come at the expense of long-time, dedicated employees who have been let go for no good reason. For the employees that are left, most of the ones in leadership positions have abandoned any team loyalties and now only care about looking out for themselves. The culture has not been the only thing impacted. The new leadership has no real experience with cybersecurity, so has no way to make sure clients are protected. I fear that all of the past efforts that have been put in to build this place have just been ignored, and that it will continue to only focus on making making money instead of actually doing good work. I worry about the clients that have put their faith in this company, because now there is no driving force to develop creative ways to protect them. Cybersecurity is a great field to be in, and I strongly encourage anyone reading this post to pursue that passion. There are so many places out there that can offer you a great experience. Don't waste your time on this one.
