      Pros

      The people are great, especially Bill from corporate, very well mannered and kind. The company is very financially responsible. They don’t run the business off of lines of credit like most. They do have good value.

      Cons

      Honestly, it’s not that bad if they just hired enough people to do the amount of work they need done. If an employee quits, they will expect you to take on their roll on top of your own without pay increase. Lack of accountability from management. Expect to cry at least once.

      Pros

      My leadership team is very supportive and offer growth in the company with paid training and certs. This is not only for technicians but management as well. If you are a hard worker, productive and willing to learn the sky is the limit. Pay is good and they want to see their employees grow.
