Pros
Realistically, none. Mediocre base pay. commissions are based upon profitability. Good technicians and project managers leave so jobs get bounced around and end up less profitable so the salesperson doesn’t get paid commissions. Many technicians are not given vehicles. Branch managers and project managers are not given company credit cards. Have to make requests for everything. Would not purchase office equipment for branch managers. Managers had to bring in their own monitors and office equipment. CUSTOMERS stop calling because of lack of service and performance. If you plan to be in sales. Expect to constantly chase new clients because it will be very hard to keep any.
Cons
Constant turnover in branch managers, project managers, sales and technicians. Poor management. Verbal abuse from upper management. One office went through two branch managers, three project managers, countless technicians within a year. This is an office with fewer than 15 employees. Not good.
