kids were great...as they would be at any facility.
Cons
Professionalism is lacking greatly. The management has no leadership skills and place the blame on their employees instead of looking at their own behavior and realizing they could have done better. There's no ownership at this place. They hire staff with no previous experience in the field so they can pay them 10 an hour, therefore the kids suffer.
