      Cons

      Working and lifestyle culture is completely disturbing, ten-hour rigorous working and No leave policy.

      1.Fair Office Timing. 2. Not much work pressure.

      Cons

      1.Bad Work Life Balance. 2.Zero Interaction with other employee. 3.No attendance system. 4.No targets. 5.Old systems. 6. No proper Guidance from senior. 7. If you get stuck somewhere, you have to solve it by your own, no help from senior or from anyone. 8. No paid leaves. 9. Not good for freshers. 10.Provide Unpaid Internships and may increase your internship duration if project not completed. 11. Less Employees.
