Stepping into the office is a test of character every day. All the brands sit next to each other, but that does not stop them from the constant gossip and backstabbing that takes place on an hourly basis. I have never worked with such classless people before. Trashy attitudes, and completely unprofessional behavior. If people spent more time and energy into working hard than to putting each other down, we would have a decent business. The fact that the owner ignores this speaks more about him than these toxic people. All the brands lost their big accounts because no one wants to deal with us. Word travels quickly and I'm embarrassed to say I work here. No one gets raises or bonuses. I deserve to work for a company that respects me as an employee and as a human being. But I'm stuck here.
