Before you join this company in Bangalore.. just think about this ...Ask them the number of employees they had a year or so back and the number of employees they have now..Also ask them how many different clients they were working for (Clients from any country) then and what different clients they have now... Don't just believe what they say..but validate facts.... And then decide... See the number of the reviews and also think how on Earth did they get the rating they have ... You will get your answers... If you don't go ahead join them... After all who can change your destiny... Good luck..
