      Loved working at JR286, they truly make it feel like a family and want you to succeed. Even if you are assigned to a particular department, they want you to learn how every department contributes to the final product.

      No opportunities for personal career growth or meaningful advancements for those that want it; dysfunctional tactics with senior management - hiring the "brilliant jerks" ; racism, favoritism, nepotism still exists - hirings & promotions are not based on merit, HR protecting the company, not its employees.
