      There seems to be a lot of money for waste!

      The company shrank largely during the past years. The moto now is that things have changed for the better. However, you can tell from everyday work that it's not true. It's a cultural issue basically.

      Pros

      Their location right off the freeway is agreeable. Salaries are at the low end of comparable. Health plan is okay.

      Cons

      There are many. Management here is out of touch, and out of date. Frequent fights in the office (shouting matches) in upper levels of management. Abusive environment. On call 7 days a week.
