Extremely poor working environment - Structural Engineer JPP Consulting Employee Review

- Bullied and verbally abused by someone who had worked here for 10+ years. - Director Phil Brown became extremely Rude and aggressive upon hearing this, rather than help. - Was told the directors don't have time for such complaints and lost time would affect clients and lose them money. -Extremely unprofessional place, constant aggressive swearing by most and my manager was off sick due to mental health from the high stress working conditions. AVOID! - Not many engineers here with knowledge, they just rely on poor judgement, then start swearing when things go wrong, which happens often. - No overtime pay and you are charged out by more than three times your hourly salary, so project have unrealistic time scales and are always over budget which leads to more stress and irritability from staff.
