Pros
Good benefits. Flexible schedule. You get to work on a variety of clients and will always continue to grow because you will never stop learning, which I enjoy.
Cons
Very unorganized. No sense of structure or clearly outlined expectations. It's like they are just making things up as they go a lot of the time. They are more reactive as opposed to proactive. Poor communicators. Not much appreciation. High stress.
