      Pros

      Great way to get into gov work if that is what you are looking for. But the people at JPI are super easy going and easy to work for/with. Can't say enough about how well they have treated me.

      Cons

      I guess working from home just because I don't prefer that.

      Pros

      HR makes an effort to make remote workers feel included.

      Cons

      Mid level management is awful, immature, spiteful, and definitely does not have your back. Directives are contradictory and confusing. Then when not done correctly, the employee suffers. Many people leave within the first six months due to micro-management.
