Consultant - Anonymous employee JPI (Java Production, Inc.) Employee Review

They were not honest about actual job duties. Company tried to follow a Booz model. They take you away from client work a lot for internal meetings. Very hands on, likely because they seem to hire many young people and forget not everyone is right out of college. Need to find additional transit options to keep up with changing times, Uber and Lyft were not paid options. Decent salary, but raises are not large so work a large increase when you are hired. They always mention helping on proposals, but never follow through when you volunteer to do so.
