      Pros

      Mostly great people inside who work hard to get the job done.

      Cons

      A lot of turn over and favoritism of a few that don’t deserve it. Very poor management and decision making.

      Pros

      I have worked for JP graphics for about 5 years, and really like it. They have been flexible with my time off and even let me change my hours slightly to accommodate my family life. The wages are fair and I like the work I do.

      Cons

      The building we are in is starting to get full because of all of the growth. Im not sure if there are plans to expand, but a little more room would be nice.
