Pros

Decent pay, great office and good benefits.

Cons

The most dysfunctional management team on the planet. Too many "big fish small pond players who are not ready for the big pond."

Pros

JP Energy gives the opportunity to take on as much as you can handle (and so much more), so it is a great place to get some experience. There are some really great people working here who are giving more than 100% every day. Benefits: - Insurance is covered fully for employees - PTO accrual - Nice office. Refrigerator is stocked with soft drinks, Gatorade and Snapple. Convenient location and free parking

Cons

The plans for growth have been how to get the money to buy companies, but no real plans for how to run them efficiently and successfully afterward. Training is pretty much non-existent. Turnover is so high that you never know who you will be working with next. The vacation benefit is generous in theory but basically useless because everyone has such a workload that we can't take time off and they don't pay out on a single day of unused PTO if you leave the company. (Which is likely - See turnover rates!)
