Pros

Casual Fridays. Located near a lot of good restaurants for lunch. Some employees and clients are friendly.

Cons

Pay is lower than industry average. Lots of gossiping and politics. You only get a raise or promotion if you are related to the owners or make friends with the right people. Everyone is leaving. In the past year, there has been a lot of turnover. People getting fired, laid off, and quitting. Almost a quarter of the company left within a year. There's so much red tape and paperwork for such a small company. The company does not stand behind the values it preaches. It tells the clients that life is about so much more than money, but acts as if money is all that matters. There aren't as many opportunities for learning and training as most firms. You pretty much have to teach yourself and pay for any training you want.

Pros

This place has a great work environment. Primarily focused on Behavioral Wealth Management (BWM). I also love the beer cart Friday’s.

Cons

The onboarding process is not very well put together. The coworkers are helpful but it is better you go into this position with prior work experience with RIAs
