      Pros

      - Small teams with nice teammates, sometimes they can be quite competitive :), very creative & active - Open working environment with nice & tidy decoration - Neat management from senior staffs

      Cons

      - It's a young & small company, so you have to take care of tons of things at the same time - New challenges everyday that sometimes I felt like I can't keep up with it - Not so many female teammates :) (but all of them are pretty)

      As a start-up, everything is so fresh yet change everyday. Therefore, it requires employees to be really flexible to fit in.
