I am writing to share my feedback on my experience at Jokr, with a focus on the management practices within the company. During my time at Jokr, I have observed certain aspects of the management, particularly under the leadership of Ben Chen. There have been challenges in the work environment that, in my opinion, stem from communication and management style. Communication from the management, including Ben Chen, has at times been marked by negativity, and there appears to be a tendency to attribute blame to the team without acknowledging potential managerial contributions to challenges faced. Constructive feedback and accountability are fundamental to a positive work atmosphere, and it is my belief that improvements can be made in these areas. Additionally, there have been instances of misinformation causing confusion within the team. Clear and accurate communication is paramount for the success of any organization, and fostering a more transparent and collaborative atmosphere would undoubtedly enhance the overall work experience. My intention in sharing this feedback is to contribute to a more constructive and positive work environment at Jokr.
