A federally-funded non profit workforce development company, JOIN does great work helping unemployed people acquire new skills to become re employed. Friendly and values-driven staff.
Cons
Management systems lag far behind the times, are often clumsy and time-consuming. Company needs to improve its visibility to the community - a serious downfall that is hampering its effectiveness and ability to garner additional funding.
