Pros
-The nicest people you'll work with. Very friendly work environment. Everyone helps each other. -Small but important company, so you won't feel like just a number - Yearly bonuses and company parties for all employees -CEO and other high-title employees come by often and say hello -Hybrid work schedule and flexibility -Great place to learn new things about the food and grocery industry and seems to always be ability to move up/try something different within company
Cons
- Lower end of pay scale for many positions, especially in HCOL state - Wish there was standing desks! Maybe one day.
