      Store Teams are incredibly resilient,hardworking,adaptable to change at a moments notice.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is living in a different world..Your "green" initiative is all well and good.Does not fully work in the stores while you have such wildly inconsistent operations.Your coming out and vowing to become more and inclusive and diverse due to the George Floyd situation..I have to ask,why have you not done this all along..Hypocrites.. CEO was known as Wade Michelob at his former employer..

      Pros

      Enjoyed the people I worked with. I had a DM who supported me and communicated well. Employee discounts, Worked independently and made decisions for the store. Gained experience that translates well to office management, customer service management, and operations roles

      Cons

      Staffing can be lean, which means employees may have to cover multiple areas at once
