Thank you for your feedback we always encourage employees to address any issues they have with their manager directly or with Human Resources or even directly with the owners. We know this may be hard to do and again we want you to know you can talk to someone about this. We value our employees and want to make sure they feel appreciated and not undervalued by their manager. Sometimes, management’s decisions may not be clear as there are other factors contributing to the decisions that you are not aware of and affect staffing. We will be addressing staff salaries in the New Year. This has been escalated to the owners so they are aware of this post and it will be addressed internally with management. It is regrettable that you feel this way and we appreciate your positive feedback and hope that we can make some internal changes to improve this situation.
