      Good honest work. They will train you if you don't have experience. The yard manager Mike is a good guy.

      Cons

      They don't pay enough to survive on here in the U.S. And they don't pay you what you're worth.

      Always 40 hrs if not 40+hrs

      Min wage even after working 10-15 yrs. A real "who you know" type job.
